**Key Responsibilities**

• Manage the fast-paced energy and high volume in the kitchen, working closely with the Caf Head Chef to oversee all kitchen operations.

• Lead and inspire the kitchen team to exceed guest expectations by creating amazing dishes from scratch while upholding the execution of Tatte's service and product standards.

• Develop and train kitchen staff, including prep cooks, line cooks, and dishwashers, to enhance their culinary skills and knowledge.

• Collaborate with the Caf Head Chef to plan and implement menu items, ensuring that they meet Tatte's quality and presentation standards.

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations and Tatte's high standards.

• Work closely with the management team to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth.

**Requirements**

• Minimum of 1-2 years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience in a high-volume restaurant operation.

• Proven passion for culinary excellence and exceeding guest expectations.

• Comprehensive knowledge of food, including quality, production, sanitation, cost controls, and presentation.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
