Key Responsibilities
  • Provide attentive and personalized service to Members and Guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery, including collaboration with bussers, cooks, and other staff.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu, beverages, and services to make informed recommendations and answer questions.
  • Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of integrity and attention to detail.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, remaining calm and composed in fast-paced environments.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
