Job Summary

The Department of Corrections & Rehabilitation is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Adult Parole Agent II to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring public safety and supporting the rehabilitation of offenders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular field visits to monitor and supervise offenders in the community.
  • Develop and implement individualized case plans to support offender rehabilitation and reintegration into society.
  • Collaborate with law enforcement agencies, social services, and other stakeholders to ensure offender compliance with court orders and community supervision conditions.
  • Provide guidance and support to offenders to help them overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
  • Document and report on offender progress and any issues or concerns that arise.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as criminal justice, sociology, or psychology.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field, such as corrections, law enforcement, or social services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
