Position: Client Onboarding Specialist

Employment Type: Full-time/Contract on W2

Location: Hybrid (3 days in-office/2 days remote)

Contract Duration: 6+ Months

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in moderately complex initiatives and identify opportunities for enhancing processes within Business Execution.
  • Evaluate and analyze basic Business Execution tasks or challenges that necessitate research and the selection of alternatives related to low-to-medium risk deliverables.
  • Offer recommendations for addressing moderately complex situations while exercising independent judgment and developing an understanding of functional policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Provide pertinent information to client personnel in the realm of Business Execution.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in Client Onboarding, Project Management, and Data Management.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay Range: Between $40 - $45 per hour
