Job Overview

Hatch Global Search is seeking a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing new products, including machinery, robotics, tools, and sensors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop mechanical components and systems, including creating detailed drawings and specifications.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify and evaluate design options.
  • Develop and test prototypes to ensure that designs meet performance requirements.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing and quality control teams to ensure that products are produced efficiently and meet quality standards.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in mechanical design.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
