Community Multi-Services Inc. (CMS) is dedicated to providing exceptional residential care for Developmentally Disabled Citizens (DDC) in the Washington DC Area. We are committed to enhancing the quality of life for those we serve through compassionate support and professional services.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Oversee daily activities at the group homes and/or day programs.
  • Ensure continuous supervision of individuals (DDC) during all activities.
  • Assist individuals with personal hygiene and grooming needs.
  • Support oral, nail, and skin care as required.
  • Help with dressing and grooming tasks for the Individual (DDC).
  • Monitor and assist individuals (DDC) during mealtimes.
  • Implement behavioral strategies as specified in the Individual's Behavior Support Plan.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned.
