KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Providing professional assistance to guests
  • Leading the kitchen team in the absence of the Executive Chef
  • Directing line cooks and kitchen staff
  • Managing kitchen inventory and ingredient organization

  • Coordinating with management regarding supply procurement and kitchen operations
