Newborn Hearing Screen Program Manager

Job Summary

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a highly skilled Site Supervisor to oversee the administration, staffing, and reporting tasks at our newborn hearing screen sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all eligible babies are screened as appropriate and will act as the primary trainer for new employees and re-training of existing staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Manage site operations, including staffing, scheduling, and onboarding/offboarding of employees.
    • Ensure compliance with hospital obligations and program requirements.
  • Reporting and Data Management
    • Update and reconcile all stats every month for each site.
    • Work with the Data Management team to resolve any questions/issues prior to relevant deadlines.
  • Clinical and Operational Programs
    • Execute all national clinical and operational programs for assigned sites.
    • Monitor and review medical sponsor reports for timely submission.
  • Site Management
    • Ensure supplies and equipment are ordered with the appropriate frequency.
    • Provide hearing screen coverage in situations where there is no alternative coverage available.
Requirements
  • Education
    • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a manager.
    • Preferred: Two years managing multiple sites and prior experience with newborns and/or in a medical setting.
