**About the Opportunity

Inalab Consulting Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Program Management Lead to support our contract providing Functional Area Professional Services (FAPS) to the Program Executive Office Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS). As the Program Management Lead, you will play a critical role in managing services to enhance organizational performance.

**Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee program management activities to improve overall performance and efficiency.
  • Coordinate and monitor team progress against plans and requirements, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
  • Provide direction to program activities and personnel, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting effective communication.
  • Identify and resolve issues affecting cost, schedule, and performance, ensuring contractual compliance and producing project status reports.
  • Prepare and conduct internal and external program reviews to update senior leaders on progress and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist in the preparation for external PM reviews, ensuring all necessary documentation and information are available.
  • Update guidance related to PM processes and responsibilities, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain project plans and team allocations, ensuring effective resource management and allocation.
  • Ensure contractual compliance and produce project status reports, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Foster a collaborative environment with project team members, promoting a culture of open communication and teamwork.
  • Support corporate initiatives as needed, contributing to the overall success of the company.
