Service Manager Opportunity

As a leader in the pest control industry, we're seeking an experienced and dynamic Service Manager who can drive revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. If you're customer-centric, love leading others, and serving your community, we want to hear from you.

As a Service Manager, you'll lead a team of service professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and expertise to families and businesses. You'll be responsible for:

  • Assuming leadership of an entire service operation upon completion of paid training
  • Leading and motivating the service team to consistently provide world-class service
  • Assisting with recruiting top talent
  • Training and developing technicians
  • Leading training meetings
  • Overseeing our Tech Ride-A-Long program
  • Ensuring customer expectations are achieved through inspections, evaluations, and providing outstanding customer service every time
  • Providing highly skilled hands-on management
  • Proven leadership skills, with heavy customer and employee interaction experience
  • Monitoring scheduling, routing, and inventory to drive efficiencies and productivity
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

  • Good driving record and ability to pass a drug screen
  • Ability to meet physical job requirements and safely perform job duties
  • High School/GED or better
  • Some college or better preferred
  • 3-5 years of mentoring, coaching, motivating, and training experience
  • 3-5 years of demonstrated customer relations experience
  • 2 years of P&L responsibility experience and an acute understanding of expense control strategies
  • 3-5 years of operations management experience with a results-driven company
