Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Human Resources Director to lead our HR strategy and drive a culture of excellence at Adams Keegan. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business objectives and enhance our organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results and enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Oversee talent management strategies, including acquiring, developing, and retaining top talent.
  • Foster a positive work environment and address team concerns to maintain high employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Create and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
  • Lead efforts to improve organizational structure, culture, and change management practices.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and industry standards, while managing HR-related risks.
  • Mentor and support the HR team, fostering professional growth and a collaborative work culture.
  • Utilize HR metrics and analytics to guide strategic decisions and assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required, Master's or law degree highly preferred.
  • Proven experience as a senior HR leader, preferably as a VP of HR or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • SHRM-SCP or SPHR strongly preferred.
