Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional guest service by greeting and assisting guests with their needs, answering questions, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Manage the front desk and host station, ensuring that it is stocked with supplies and maintained to a high standard.
  • Process transactions, handle cash and credit payments, and reconcile any discrepancies.
  • Assist with game rentals, merchandise sales, and other retail activities as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with menu items, promotions, and other important information to provide accurate and helpful information to guests.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and move around the facility as needed.
