Role Overview

The Lead Statistical Programmer will be responsible for leading the development of statistical analysis plans, generating analysis datasets, and implementing analysis methods based on SAP requirements.

  • Design and implement statistical analysis plans for Phase I-III clinical trials.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality SAS code for data analysis and reporting.
  • Collaborate with statisticians and clinical operations teams to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for biostatistical programming activities.
  • Mentor and train junior programmers on Incyte systems and standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements.

Compensation and Benefits:

$115,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience.
