Job Summary

">

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Statistical Reporting Analyst for our Workers Compensation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the Workers Compensation line of business, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

About the Role

">

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team where you will be responsible for creating all necessary documentation to support aggregate financial and state-specific data call reporting for the middle market book of business. You will also assist with payment obligations affected by the middle market segment's experience and directly assist with financial data call strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Create documentation to support aggregate financial and state-specific data call reporting">
  • Assist with payment obligations affected by the middle market segment's experience">
  • Directly assist with financial data call strategy">
  • Resolve open bureau criticisms and work with staff to remedy systemic data anomalies">
  • Support enterprise-wide data transformation initiatives">
  • Conduct analysis of regulatory bulletins and alert IT and Claims stakeholders of upcoming items of impact">
  • Create process documentation repository">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Strong knowledge of the Workers Compensation line of business">
  • Firm understanding of various bureau data requirements">
  • Competent with MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint">
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills">
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred">
  • A minimum of 4 years of work experience in Statistical Reporting, reporting on Workers Compensation insurance">
  • Demonstrated knowledge of statistical plans and insurance premium and claims data">

Benefits:

The total individual compensation (base salary, short & long-term incentives) offered for this role ranges from $100,000 to $140,000 per year, based on factors such as geographic location, scope & responsibilities of the role, qualifications, talent availability & specialization as well as business needs. This position is incentive eligible and may be modified in the future.
