Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in product management with a minimum of 5 years, including 2+ years at a leadership level.
  • A track record of managing teams of 6-10 direct reports and conducting performance evaluations.
  • The ability to define product requirements, user stories, and support teams in developing these items.
  • Partnership with product leadership to design product strategy and roadmaps.
  • Extensive knowledge of product department processes and the ability to establish KPIs and metrics for evaluating product success.
  • Analyze product data and user feedback to drive data-driven decisions for product enhancements.
  • Ensure project milestones are met within approved budgets.
  • Experience with project management tools and product management software.
Salary and Benefits

This role offers a highly competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. In addition, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
