Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Director to join our team at Storm4, a leading provider of battery technology solutions. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales, ideally in the battery, energy storage, or manufacturing sectors, and will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the energy storage sector.

The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and closing large-scale deals. They will also have advanced skills in sales analytics, deal negotiation, and strategic planning.

The Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to expand market share and revenue, cultivating and strengthening relationships with key customers, OEMs, and Tier-One suppliers, and identifying new business opportunities and aligning product development with market demand.

Main Responsibilities
  • Business Growth: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand market share and revenue.
  • Account Management: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key customers, OEMs, and Tier-One suppliers.
  • Battery Industry Expertise: Identify new business opportunities and align product development with market demand.
  • Revenue & Sales Strategy: Own the full sales cycle—prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals with enterprise clients.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with internal teams (R&D, Production, and Engineering) to drive customer success.
  • Market Intelligence: Maintain rolling forecasts, analyze market trends, and provide strategic insights for future growth.
