Requirements
  • 7-10 years of experience managing complex technical initiatives and engineering programs
  • Proven track record of delivering business outcomes and improving operational efficiency
  • Strong technical expertise and experience with MongoDB or comparable technology
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
