Podcast Sales Opportunity

Maple Media is seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive growth in our podcast business. Our podcast platform includes mobile and web players, and we're looking for someone to develop and maintain strategic advertising partnerships with digital agencies and podcast creators.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, while maintaining and growing existing client relationships.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with the business development team.
  • Manage and sell advertising to podcast creators and agencies, meeting quarterly and annual revenue goals.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to maximize advertising revenue and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Resource tracking expertise, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in podcast sales or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong network of agency and client relationships.
  • Ability to design, deliver, and execute marketing strategies and presentations.
Preferred Experience:
  • 5+ years of outside sales experience, preferably with a digital background and podcast sales experience.
  • Expertise in the podcast vertical.

The U.S. base salary range for this position is $65,000 - $150,000 plus bonus opportunities and benefits.
