Job Overview

The Customer Service Liaison is the primary point of contact for all customer communications regarding contract, production, or quality issues. This role requires a high level of customer service skills, with a focus on resolving issues efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer communications, including phone calls, emails, and customer portals
  • Process customer orders, including quote requests, order changes, and cancellations
  • Work closely with production control to ensure timely delivery of scheduled shipments
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Prepare and distribute paperwork, including purchase orders, invoices, and return goods memos
  • Follow up on outstanding quotes and maintain accurate records
  • Provide customers with updates on delivery status and notify them of any delays
  • Maintain good customer relations and work to establish a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive customer service experience
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with sound judgment and great follow-through
