The Customer Service Representative is the primary point of contact for customers regarding Contract, Production, or Quality issues. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills to manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage customer orders, including processing quotes, reviewing contracts, and tracking order status
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of customer orders
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years progressive customer service experience in a related field
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with sound judgment, great follow-through, and initiative
  • A demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment, to be proactive, and work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and Outlook
