- Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere that prioritizes resident comfort and well-being.
- Adhere to exceptional customer service principles to ensure a positive experience for our residents and their families.
Task-Specific Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including personal care, such as nail care, hair care, oral hygiene, toileting, bathing, transferring, dressing, and undressing as needed.
- Support residents with managed incontinence programs to promote dignity and comfort.
- Stay informed about resident needs at all times to provide personalized support.
- Regularly review 24-hour logs to ensure accurate and timely documentation.
- Check on residents regularly to ensure their personal care needs are met.
- Accompany residents to and from meals and activities as needed to promote socialization and engagement.
