About the Role

As a Client Support Liaison Associate at Cherry Bekaert, you will play a vital role in facilitating communication and exchange of documents between our clients and internal teams. This is an in-office position that requires strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Communication: Request supporting documents and follow up on signed engagement letters, consents, and e-file forms.
  • Point of contact for non-technical matters and assist with e-file rejections.
  • Rolling tax returns in Axcess & Engagement Binders and saving documents to Engagement & SP Binders.
  • Assist with submission of Engagement Letters for preparation and due date reporting.
  • Analyze Data (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and create nonstandard reports by request.
  • Tax Caddy Support Account management and reporting of incoming documents.
  • Move workflows into process based on % of documents received and local office support.
  • Print, bind, and process paper deliverables and scan and upload documents to appropriate file servers and repositories.
  • Serve as a backup resource for various local tasks, including reception desk coverage.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED, required.
  • Some college preferred.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products required.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills preferred.
