Customer Service Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Industrial Electronic Supply. As a key member of our branch in Little Rock, Arkansas, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with product selection, brand, and pricing options, as well as technical information
• Accurately and quickly process and track orders
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and vendors
• Facilitate inventory control
• Help with day-to-day branch operations
• Continually develop product knowledge, and attend/participate in manufacturer product training
Requirements:
• Strong technical aptitude and basic electrical knowledge through education and/or experience a must
• Sales experience and familiarity with products and applications preferred
• Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills
• Strong work ethic and capacity to thrive in a team environment
• Proven verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all levels of the organization, as well as with customers and external partners
• Effective time management and organization skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
