Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Representative to join our team. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience for our guests. This includes greeting and checking in guests, handling room assignments and key distribution, and responding to guest inquiries and concerns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Greet and check in guests, handle room assignments and key distribution, and respond to guest inquiries and concerns.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, including handling cash and credit transactions, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication: Respond to guest phone calls and messages, and communicate with other hotel staff as needed.
  • Problem-Solving: Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, and work to resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred.
  • Experience: Hotel experience preferred, but not required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional guest service.
