Clinical Psychologist Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Solterra Academy. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive mental health services to children and adolescents.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Administer, score, and interpret psychological evaluations for students aged 5-22.
* Determine student eligibility for special education services based on assessment results.
* Present assessment outcomes in Planning and Placement Team (PPT) meetings.
* Provide individual therapy, family counseling, and parent education and support.
* Engage in crisis intervention, classroom consultation, and the creation of individualized behavior plans.

**Requirements**

* Licensed by State of Connecticut Department of Public Health preferred.
* Post Doctoral Supervision available if needed.
* Doctorate in Psychology.
* Minimum of one year of supervised experience in a treatment setting for children and adolescents.
