Job Summary:

The Health and Wellness Program Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining policies, procedures, and programs to promote a healthy work environment and minimize occupational health and safety risks. This includes ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to occupational safety and health and providing training to employees on occupational safety and health topics.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs to promote a healthy work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct safety audits and inspections to identify hazards and develop corrective actions.
  • Provide training to employees on occupational safety and health topics and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with departments to develop and implement workplace safety programs.


Requirements:

This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Chemistry, Biology, Physics, Engineering, Fire Protection, or related field. No experience is required for the Level 1 position, three years' experience is required for the Level 2 position, and five years' experience is required for the Level 3 position. Professional certification is preferred for Level 2 and 3 positions. The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
