Liberty Health is seeking an experienced Hospice Volunteer Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our hospice care services, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the volunteer program, including recruitment, training, supervision, and retention of volunteers.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the healthcare environment and possess strong organizational skills, public speaking experience, math skills, and the ability to deal with people. You will also be proficient in computer software programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to your base salary, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan.

You will work closely with our hospice staff and volunteers to develop a communication program that promotes community awareness and engages our patients and families in their care.
