Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Eating Disorders Therapist to join our team. As a Therapist, you will provide individual, group, family, and/or couples therapy and collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive treatment to our clients and their families.

Schedule

This is a full-time position, working 8am-4pm ET Monday-Friday, with some evening virtual IOP coverage available. We offer hybrid, on-site, or remote options to ensure work-life balance.

About the Role

  • You will conduct individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions using evidence-based treatments.
  • You will develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
  • You will participate in therapeutic supported meals and treatment team meetings, providing valuable insights and expertise.
  • You will assist with milieu management as needed and generate discharge plans by making recommendations and coordinating next-level care services.
  • You will collaborate with Accanto and community professionals to maintain continuity of care.
  • You may also provide clinical supervision as needed, based on your licensure.

Qualifications

  • A Master's degree in a behavioral sciences-related field, along with independent licensure or progress toward independent licensure.
  • Active Associate licensure in the state of employment, if not independently licensed.
  • Prior experience in individual, family, or group psychotherapy is preferred.
  • DBT, CBT, FBT experience, as well as eating disorders treatment experience, are highly valued.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
