We are seeking a Project Manager Programs to contribute to our operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee business transformation and process enhancement initiatives.
  • Document and refine operational processes, including the development of a Master Scheduler.
  • Manage pilot processes to ensure stability and facilitate the transition of responsibilities to functional teams.
  • Establish and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across the organization.
  • Create and maintain presentations, reports, and data management within SharePoint.
  • Coordinate strategic initiatives from conception through execution alongside the Program Management team.
  • Develop and manage Project Charters and Plans, ensuring effective change management and project scheduling.
  • Identify potential project risks and report issues to senior management to ensure timely project completion.
  • Support the Program Management team in decision-making and project execution.
  • Facilitate meetings, manage calendars, and handle correspondence as needed.
  • Compile and maintain departmental KPIs.
  • Generate regular reporting documents for leadership review.
  • Engage in ad hoc projects as required.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, industrial or process engineering, or a related technical field is required.

Experience:

  • Experience in operations, planning, or supply chain management is essential.
  • Prior project management or program management experience is preferred.

Skills:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to oversee multiple complex projects.
  • Experience in navigating a complex organizational structure.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively within a matrix organization.
  • Flexibility to adapt plans and priorities in response to changing strategic directions.

Preferred Skills:

  • Expertise in creating high-quality PowerPoint presentations.
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
  • Proven ability to build trust and credibility with senior leaders.
  • Strong track record of driving projects to successful completion.

Additional Information

  • Extended or irregular hours may be necessary.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
