Position Overview
The Chief Executive Officer at St. Catherine-St. Lucy School plays a pivotal role in steering the institution towards its mission of providing exceptional educational opportunities. This role encompasses oversight of the school's business operations while collaborating closely with the Principal, who manages academic and extracurricular programs.
Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership and Management: The CEO will lead the senior management team to:
- Revise and enhance the strategic plan, ensuring alignment with the school's vision.
- Oversee fundraising initiatives to secure essential financial resources.
- Identify and explore strategic opportunities for growth and development.
Community Engagement: The successful candidate will actively engage with the school community, fostering relationships with students, families, faculty, and external partners. This includes representing the school at community events and building partnerships that further the mission of St. Catherine-St. Lucy School.
Financial Oversight: The CEO will be responsible for managing the annual operating budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to support educational programs and staff compensation.QualificationsEducation:
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
