- Keep record of customer service relation activities and inform management of any issues or threats to patient care
- Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in managing or working with Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living, and Care Homes
- Demonstrated ability to interact and successfully collaborate with clients and colleagues
- Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
- Acceptable knowledge of health, safety, and privacy regulations
- Ability to accurately maintain detailed records and reports
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Valid CPR/First Aid certification
This full-time role offers a potential pay of $18 to $20 per hour, paid weekly. Additionally, we offer competitive benefits including medical, dental, and vision, paid holidays, and vacation days after probation period. Scheduling options include flexible scheduling, choose your own shifts, full-time/part-time, and on-call positions. Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/clients that suit your preferences.
