Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers through chats, calls, and emails, focusing on providing assistance without cold calling or solicitation.
  • Prioritize customer needs by helping them identify the most affordable insurance policies tailored to their requirements.
  • Contribute to our content by writing articles for our website or assisting in updating our internal database when not directly engaged with clients.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing requirements by coordinating with Aardy to maintain a valid insurance license.
  • Complete mandatory training for client managers within the initial 30 to 45 days of employment.
Qualifications

Mandatory:

  1. Possession of a valid Producer's License with Property Casualty authority, ideally with a future expiration date.
  2. A minimum of three years of experience in insurance sales.
  3. At least one year of experience in a fully remote role.
  4. Proficient in English, both verbal and written, with strong communication skills.
  5. Experience in customer service, preferably in a call center setting.
  6. Familiarity with basic software applications such as Microsoft Office, Slack, Zoom, Salesforce, and Email.
  7. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to learn new systems swiftly.
  8. Strong time management skills with the capacity to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  9. Availability to work Monday through Friday, 11:30 AM to 3:30 PM EST.

Preferred:

  • Background in travel insurance is advantageous but not essential.
  • Possession of A, H & L licenses is a plus.
  • Typing speed of 50 words per minute.
  • Willingness to take on additional shifts or hours as needed.
