Position Highlights:

  • Starting pay at $17.50/hr with potential for salary increase after a probationary period.
  • Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm.
  • 40 hours per week.
  • Valid current driver's license is required.
  • Willingness to undergo a criminal background check and motor vehicle report (MVR) check is essential.

Role Summary:

At UPP, our parking attendants are crucial to our operational success. They often serve as the initial point of contact for our customers, providing a warm welcome and a professional farewell. A friendly and courteous demeanor is paramount in this role.

We offer competitive pay, comprehensive on-the-job training, and ongoing professional development. Depending on staffing needs, this position may initially be part-time, with the possibility of transitioning to full-time based on performance and seasonal demands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet guests with a friendly attitude.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with all guests, fellow employees, and clients.
  • Deliver exceptional hospitality services to all guests in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Clearly explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests upon their arrival.
  • Effectively communicate information in both one-on-one and small group settings.
  • Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

  • Professional appearance and grooming must be maintained.
  • Possession of a valid current driver's license is mandatory.
