UPP Global is a leading provider of parking management services, operating in 8 states along the Eastern Seaboard with over 300 locations. We are seeking a Part-Time Overnight Hotel Valet Attendant in Portland, Maine.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional hospitality services to guests, including greeting and welcoming them, and assisting with luggage and vehicle retrieval.
  • Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with all guests, parkers, co-workers, and clients.
  • Be responsible for parking and retrieving guest vehicles in a prompt yet safe manner.
  • Assist guests with bell service, directions, taxis, reservations, and information about meeting rooms and/or amenities of the facility.
  • Transport guests via the hotel shuttle service.
  • Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests upon arrival.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
Requirements
  • Must be comfortable sitting, standing, walking, running, driving, and being active for most of the day.
  • Must provide excellent customer service.
  • Must have good hand-eye coordination, as driving is required for a duration of the shift.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 50 pounds.
  • Must possess a current driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.
  • Must have a good work ethic and be a team player.
  • Must maintain and groom a professional appearance.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a criminal background check and motor vehicle report (MVR) check.
