Position Overview:

As a Test Publishing Quality Assurance (TPQA) Administrator, you will leverage your expertise in quality assurance to oversee a diverse array of materials.

Your role will involve supporting various projects concurrently to adhere to client-driven timelines within a collaborative setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the precision of content throughout the production workflow.
  • Conduct a variety of quality assurance checks, including item verification and formatting assessments.
  • Execute technical evaluations, such as cross-referencing documentation with the functionality and navigation of computer-based assessments and results files.
  • Maintain current and accurate work plans and tracking logs; provide updates to management.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to meet client deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Detail-oriented individual with demonstrated quality control experience.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel), PDF software, file management, and adept at navigating computer/internet systems.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment; adaptable to shifting priorities.
  • Experience in collaborative, team-oriented projects.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate team efforts to achieve common objectives.
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
