Scripps Health is seeking a skilled Weekend Support Services Supervisor to join our Imaging Department at Scripps Clinic in Rancho Bernardo. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating staff to provide clinical care within a single business unit, ensuring imaging staff reflects established standards per regulatory requirements of care and practice, and promoting a culture that prioritizes patient safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily staffing plans to ensure optimal patient flow and care delivery
  • Develop and implement processes to improve patient satisfaction and experience
  • Collaborate with Patient Care Manager to share leadership responsibilities for the imaging department
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards of care
  • Lead by example, promoting a culture of patient-centered care and teamwork
Requirements
  • ~3 years' experience in imaging services with a minimum of 1 year in a leadership role
  • ~ARRT/CRT or ARDMS/CCI or RN
  • ~Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 2 years leadership experience within imaging services
  • EPIC working experience
  • AART(MR)
