We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Unit Manager RN LPN to join our team at American Senior Communities. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for coordinating resident care and non-resident care, developing and distributing written nursing assignments, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services.

- Coordinate resident care and non-resident care by developing and distributing written nursing assignments
- Describe care plan goals and approaches to direct care staff
- Seek input from nurse aides about resident condition, functional abilities, preferences, and alternative approaches to care
- Monitor delivery of care and services throughout shift to ensure needs are met, tasks are completed, and work of direct care staff is of acceptable quality and quantity
- Demonstrate C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers, and staff
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Two years of nursing experience providing direct care in long-term care, acute care, restorative, or geriatric nursing setting
- One year of supervisory/management experience with direct care staff
- Current active state licensure as Registered Nurse (RN) and/or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Current CPR Certification
