Job Overview

Sedulous Consulting Services LLC is a dynamic firm specializing in cybersecurity solutions. We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to become a vital part of our operations. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute administrative tasks within the team, including data management, document preparation, and visual content creation.
  • Assist in drafting formal communications, organizing office templates, scheduling meetings, and overseeing calendars.
  • Monitor deadlines, implement policies and procedures, maintain documentation, and prepare reports.
  • Offer administrative support to various programs and team members as needed.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to customer service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and similar software applications.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
  • Basic knowledge of administrative processes and systems.
  • Ability to work autonomously.

Educational Background and Experience:

  • High school diploma along with relevant administrative experience.
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite, SharePoint, and Adobe Pro.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication proficiency.

Specific Competencies:

  • Experience with Defense Travel System, SharePoint, and agency task management systems.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software and document management systems.

Physical Demands:

  • Extended periods of sitting at a workstation and engaging with a computer.
  • Capability to lift items weighing up to 15 pounds occasionally.
