- Stay up-to-date with the latest videoconferencing applications and trends in educational technology, recommending innovative solutions to enhance program delivery.
- Assist in the creation of video content, ensuring high-quality production and engaging storytelling.
- Conduct pre-program technology tests with schools and organizations, ensuring a smooth and successful experience.
- Support the preparation of all synchronous and asynchronous distance learning programming, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with children and adults in a friendly, outgoing, and professional manner.
- Experience utilizing various video conferencing and streaming applications, with a strong understanding of their capabilities and limitations.
- Comfortable leading presentations and interacting in a virtual group setting, with the ability to adapt to diverse audience needs.
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Team player with excellent collaboration and communication skills, able to work effectively in a shared office space.
- Attention to detail, with a strong focus on quality and accuracy in all aspects of program delivery.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop, with a strong understanding of their applications in educational settings.
- Interest in military and/or American history, with a passion for sharing knowledge and inspiring others.
