Job Title: Administrative Coordinator II
The Administrative Coordinator II plays a vital role in assisting the Executive Director by managing various organizational tasks related to research, innovation, and the advancement of UAS technologies. This position serves as a crucial liaison within the college, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders and contributing to the overall administrative functions in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the planning and execution of administrative functions for the Executive Director.
- Oversee the Executive Director's schedule, including appointments and meetings, acting as the main point of contact.
- Identify and implement enhancements to administrative processes.
- Review and prepare documents for the Executive Director, providing necessary support.
- Organize meetings, seminars, and special events; assist with travel arrangements and expense documentation as needed.
Compliance Oversight
- Ensure adherence to institutional policies and procedures.
- Support staff training initiatives regarding university policies related to travel, purchasing, and compliance.
- Compile and prepare compliance reports and summaries.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Four (4) years of administrative experience.
- Experience in a university or higher education setting.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Smartsheet.
Compensation: $4,500.00 Monthly ($48,000 - $54,000 Annually, Approximately)
