Position Summary:

As a Project Manager, you will collaborate with a team of innovative thinkers to address intricate business challenges from conception through execution. Your primary responsibility will be to guarantee that all projects are finalized punctually, within budgetary constraints, and uphold the exceptional quality standards of Dragon Herbs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee multiple complex projects that may involve various departments.
  • Manage the complete project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery from initiation to deployment.
  • Establish and maintain a clearly defined project management process while promoting continuous improvement and best practices.
  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders to set realistic timelines and ensure deliverables are met.
  • Engage in creative and analytical problem-solving, demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
  • Contribute to the development of practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to enhance the project management team's knowledge base.
  • Prepare and present progress reports, proposals, project scopes, and requirement documentation to diverse audiences, including project teams, sponsors, and key stakeholders.
  • Identify potential risks and strategize alternative solutions.
  • Create project schedules and manage timelines across various projects.
  • Hold teams accountable while remaining flexible and resourceful in managing priorities and project scopes.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a project manager in IT, web development, marketing, or construction management.
  • Experience in leading technical and/or creative teams.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering projects.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited, top-tier university is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a team are required.
