Healthcare Equipment Service Specialist

Join a dedicated team where your expertise in customer relationship management will be pivotal in enhancing lives through technology. In this role, you will leverage your technical skills to install, troubleshoot, and maintain advanced diagnostic imaging equipment at various healthcare facilities.
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service by adhering to entitlements, setting clear expectations, and ensuring timely resolutions to customer inquiries.
- Gain insights into the customer's operational landscape to drive service revenue.
- Collaborate with regional teams to enhance processes and identify training needs.
- Seek opportunities for professional growth and skill enhancement, including cross-training in multiple modalities.
- Complete all administrative tasks in compliance with Philips, state, and federal regulations, including service orders, expense reports, and maintenance documentation.
- Follow established training, quality, and safety protocols.
- Utilize available tools and resources to address customer and system issues promptly.
- Conduct preventive maintenance, field change orders, and installations while diagnosing and resolving electronic, network, and mechanical challenges.
Travel requirements include approximately 70% across designated regions, with daily driving times ranging from 1 to 4 hours, and occasional overnight stays.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a diagnostic imaging service environment or 4 years in electromechanical industries.
- Preferred experience with CT and MRI systems, along with OEM training.
- Proficient in applying electronic, mechanical, and networking principles to effectively service equipment.
- Associate Degree in electronics or a related field, or equivalent experience; higher degrees preferred.
- Ability to meet physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation.

- Ability to work in diverse settings, including remote and healthcare environments.
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including overtime and on-call shifts.
- Compliance with safety protocols when handling radiation sources and personal protective equipment.
