Position Summary:

The Front Desk Supervisor plays a pivotal role in shaping the guest experience. This position requires a dynamic individual who can lead the front desk team, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and valued. Your leadership will inspire the team to deliver exceptional service, setting a positive tone for all interactions.

Key Duties:

  • Assist in the training, mentoring, and scheduling of front office staff
  • Ensure that all guests receive prompt and courteous service at all times
  • Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns efficiently
  • Collaborate with various departments to manage guest requests effectively
  • Monitor compliance with front desk procedures and review daily operations
  • Implement accurate cash handling practices and manage guest transactions
  • Foster a team-oriented environment that aligns with hotel goals

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in a customer-focused role within a fast-paced environment, along with strong cash handling capabilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as is a basic understanding of technology. This role requires the ability to stand for extended periods and lift items weighing at least 25 pounds. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is necessary.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive hourly wage ranging from $21 to $23.
