Guest Advocate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Advocate to join our team at Target. As a Guest Advocate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience, and promoting our products and services.

• Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Engage with guests, building relationships and promoting our products and services.
• Operate a cash register, handling cash transactions and supporting cash office operations as needed.
• Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving product up to 10 pounds and occasionally lifting or moving merchandise up to 44 pounds without additional assistance from others.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing guest needs and priorities.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing guest needs and priorities.
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 44 pounds without additional assistance from others.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
