Job Summary:

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders is seeking a skilled Contracts Analyst to support the contracting of payors and funding sources for CARD services. This role will assist the Contracts Manager in managing various aspects of contract administration, including reviewing contracts and ensuring compliance with payor requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the manager's negotiations with payors through documentation, tracking, and communication.
  • Review payor contracts to identify potential risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to gather necessary information and facilitate contract approvals and execution.
  • Utilize Calmanac as a tracking and documentation tool and maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records.
  • Monitor contract performance and payor portals to identify potential amendments or extensions of contracts.
  • Document and report deviations from contract specifications.
  • Assist the Manager in conducting research on payor requirements.
  • Serve as an internal liaison to ensure fulfillment of obligations of contracts.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years' experience in contracting or a related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work well alone or as part of a team.
  • English proficiency, both verbal and written.

Work Environment:

This is a fully remote position.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time.
