Marketing Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at Penn Foster Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our energy efficiency programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the marketing and advertising of residential energy efficiency programs for a large utility located in New Jersey.
  • Work directly with clients to develop and implement marketing and communications plans to educate customers about energy efficiency and drive participation in energy efficiency programs.
  • Collaborate with our creative services team to develop marketing materials, including advertising campaigns, POP materials, websites, brochures, incentive application forms, email and direct mail campaigns, video, print, outdoor, etc.
  • Work with our media services team to develop, propose, and implement marketing and advertising campaigns, coordinating the deployment of integrated paid media campaigns across broadcast, print, online, social media, events, etc.
  • Manage the review and approval process for marketing materials, including working across the organization to deploy efforts (IT, program management, client).
  • Prepare monthly reports on activities and results of the marketing program.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
  • 5+ years of work experience in marketing, advertising, or related field, particularly experience working in consumer marketing at an advertising agency.
  • OR High School Diploma and 9+ years of work experience in marketing, advertising, or related field, particularly experience working in consumer marketing at an advertising agency.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Working in an advertising agency and/or on a consumer marketing account.
  • Experience driving results through marketing.
  • Developing and implementing marketing communications plans, with the ability to manage and execute advertising, collateral development, digital and social media projects.
  • Working in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
  • Working effectively with engineers, data analysts, sales teams, and others outside of marketing to drive effective results.
  • Interest in and commitment to energy efficiency, the environment, and sustainable living.
  • Experience in marketing products and services and its benefits.

Pay Range: $70,000 - $120,375.00

Location: New Jersey Remote Office (NJ99)
