This pivotal position is essential in facilitating the requirements of site production operations. The ideal candidate will excel in establishing and nurturing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, while also collaborating at various organizational levels to enhance strategic and operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and assist operations related to assigned areas of expertise, which may include HSE, grower accounting, field operations, plant operations, human resources, accounts payable, procurement, and other areas as directed by leadership.

2. Develop cross-functional relationships to work collaboratively with the business and effectively network within the production framework.

3. Independently prioritize essential tasks and responsibilities, taking into account the seasonal nature of the business.

4. Identify and communicate the necessary information to the appropriate levels of the organization, including peers, leadership, and internal/external stakeholders, to enhance strategic and operational efficiencies across operations.

5. Influence the formulation of strategies and plans to ensure that strategic roadmaps are translated into actionable production plans (e.g., onePSS implementations).

6. Collaborate with key business stakeholders to pinpoint business challenges and opportunities, emphasizing significant areas of expenditure and continuous improvement.

7. Recognize cost-saving initiatives by capturing, reporting, and expanding across the production network to drive savings.

8. Lead initiatives to identify opportunities for improving efficiency and enhancing customer satisfaction.
