Role Summary:

The Customer Service Representative plays a vital role within our Inside Sales department, serving as the primary point of contact for our customers in a wholesale business-to-business setting. This position is crucial for facilitating order placements and addressing customer inquiries regarding product offerings, pricing, credit terms, delivery schedules, and inventory status.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with order placements and inquiries
