Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Operator to join our team at ttg Talent Solutions. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for manufacturing blend batches with active drug substances and ensuring consistent quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manufacture blend batches with active drug substances and maintain consistent quality
  • Lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Lead a crew to coat blends and adhesives, and perform finishing operations on coated laminate
  • Assemble and disassemble blending and manufacturing equipment
  • Weigh and document raw materials, components, and product intermediates
  • Document operational parameters and steps performed in batch records
  • Assist in training manufacturing Operator I's throughout all manufacturing operations
  • Work with active drug products, adhesives, solvents, and chemicals to perform manufacturing tasks
  • Document operational parameters for manufacturing equipment
  • Comply with Current Good Manufacturing Practices, Standard Operating Procedures, and safety policies
  • Maintain and clean manufacturing areas and equipment, and document work performed
  • Perform online coat weight sampling operations
  • Prepare finished or slit laminate rolls
  • Perform job tasks within production and other departments as needed
Requirements
  • Ability to write English and complete batch record documentation
  • Able to lift 50 pounds or more
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, Standard Operating Procedures, batch records, and cleaning procedures
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written and oral instructions
  • Mechanical ability to assemble manufacturing equipment
  • Knowledge of FDA, DEA, cGMPs, and SOPs related to job requirements
Working Conditions

The employee is regularly required to sit, stand, and walk. The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk and hear. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
