Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail IT Support Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our IT operations team, you will be responsible for providing technical support for our retail stores, including resolving technical incidents, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and analyzing trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve technical incidents and service requests in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Provide weekly and monthly reporting on incidents and service requests

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years relevant experience in IT operations or a related field
  • Experience working closely with business partners to craft realistic and achievable expectations

Estimated Salary:$105,000 per year
